On Your Marks
An international collaboration between Ireland and Sweden on shared linen heritage, informed by the past but not bound by it.
On Your Marks is an 18-month international exchange between two established groups of textile practitioners; from Ireland and Sweden. Connecting through their shared heritage, Print Block Dublin and – KKV Textiltryck Malmö embarked on a joint exploration of the techniques and values associated with the production, processing and uses of linen, a rich history common to both countries, but now almost extinct.
